Mureka has released V9.5, its next-generation AI music model, with improvements aimed at vocal realism, structural coherence, and emotional depth. The Singapore-based platform says the update addresses the core challenge facing AI music generation: producing tracks that maintain direction and purpose from start to finish rather than simply generating impressive sounds.
Internal testing data shared by the company shows V9.5 generated lead vocals that listeners found convincing in 61.0% of cases, followed user prompts in 97.0% of generations, and matched requested genres 95.7% of the time. The model is available now through the Mureka platform at mureka.ai.

V9.5 focuses on how individual musical elements interact across a full track. The model is designed to create arrangements that feel intentional, with sections, instruments, and vocals developing according to a clearer structural logic. The result follows traditional songwriting principles where dynamics, space, and structure shape emotional impact.
Vocal performance received particular attention. Mureka said the model produces vocals that blend more naturally with production, offering smoother phrasing, stronger emotional delivery, and better interaction between lead and supporting elements. This work draws on feedback from more than 25,000 user survey responses.

Mureka's creator community uses the platform in varied ways. Music professionals experiment with melodies, arrangements, and production concepts before moving ideas into digital audio workstations such as Ableton. Individual creators turn personal lyrics, memories, and life experiences into original songs through AI-assisted composition.
User feedback identified priorities that shaped V9.5: stronger consistency across full-length tracks, more expressive vocals, broader genre understanding, and music with deeper emotional impact. The company said it focused on these areas rather than adding complexity or layers to generated tracks.
