Nexera Acquires White Label Voice AI System for Security Operations
Nexera Technologies' security subsidiary KeepZone AI has signed a white label agreement to develop and commercialize an AI-powered voice communication system designed for defense, emergency response, and critical infrastructure operations.
The platform processes multiple voice and radio channels simultaneously, identifies potential events in real time, and assesses risk levels. KeepZone will integrate, customize, and rebrand the technology under its own name for global deployment.
Security operations centers face a known problem: too much data, too little time to act on it. Command centers receive constant streams of voice communications that operators must monitor and parse for actionable intelligence. This system aims to reduce that cognitive load by filtering and prioritizing what matters.

The platform automatically analyzes incoming communications and delivers operational insights without requiring manual review of every channel. It's built for environments where missed information can have serious consequences.
KeepZone CEO Alon Dayan said the agreement accelerates the company's ability to address "one of the most critical challenges faced by command centers today - the ability to effectively manage and act on large volumes of real-time voice communications."
Nexera's Strategic Shift
Nexera operates through multiple subsidiaries. KeepZone focuses on AI-driven security solutions including 3D imaging, threat detection, and counter-unmanned aircraft systems. The company also maintains legacy e-commerce operations on Amazon Marketplace and a controlling stake in a consumer products business.
The white label agreement lets KeepZone enter the voice intelligence market without building the underlying technology from scratch, a common approach in enterprise security software.
