Adobe, NVIDIA, and WPP Partner to Automate Enterprise Marketing With AI Agents

Adobe, NVIDIA, and WPP announced an expanded partnership on April 20 to integrate agentic AI into enterprise marketing operations. The collaboration combines Adobe's creative platforms, WPP's marketing expertise, and NVIDIA's computing infrastructure to automate content creation and customer engagement at scale.

The centerpiece is Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, a new tool that orchestrates marketing workflows from content generation through customer activation. It enables brands to manage millions of product and audience combinations in minutes-a task that would require manual coordination across teams.

How the System Works

NVIDIA OpenShell provides the underlying control layer. It runs AI agents in containerized sandboxes with policy-based restrictions, ensuring operations stay compliant, on-brand, and within defined risk boundaries. Organizations can audit exactly what each agent is permitted to do.

Adobe Firefly Foundry, powered by NVIDIA infrastructure, lets brands train custom models on proprietary assets. This generates commercially safe, brand-aligned content without exposing sensitive data to public models.

What This Means for Marketing Teams

For marketing professionals, the partnership addresses a real operational problem: managing personalization at enterprise scale. Instead of manually creating variations for different customer segments and products, teams can now define parameters and let agents handle the execution.

The policy-based approach matters. Marketing departments can set guardrails-brand voice, compliance requirements, budget limits-and agents operate within those boundaries. This reduces the need for manual review of every output while maintaining organizational control.
