Ogilvy India launches internal AI studio with Google to speed creative production
Ogilvy India and Google have built a bespoke AI Creative Studio designed to accelerate how the agency produces still and video assets while keeping work on-brand and IP-protected. The platform functions as an internal tool for creative teams, moving projects from initial concept to finished assets faster than traditional workflows allow.
The studio sits on the creative floor as an augmentation tool, not a replacement for human creatives. Art directors, copywriters, and designers use a simple interface to handle the visualization work-freeing their time for strategy and storytelling.
What it does
The platform generates social media assets tailored to specific audience groups, produces concept cards at speed, and handles virtual try-ons. It enforces client brand guidelines automatically across all outputs.
Early pilots show creative teams have cut concept-to-asset timelines significantly. The studio also enables hyper-personalization-creating distinct visual narratives for different audience cohorts without manual rework.
Why Ogilvy built it
VR Rajesh, group chief executive officer at Ogilvy India, said the partnership gives teams "speed and agility to scale brilliant ideas securely" while pushing creative boundaries. Google's generative AI technology combined with Ogilvy's creative expertise creates what Satya Raghavan, director of marketing partners at Google, called "a new era of secure, scalable and distinctly human storytelling for brands."
The studio reflects a shift toward embedding AI directly into creative workflows. Rather than a separate tool, it's integrated into how teams work day-to-day, designed to make high-quality output faster without requiring technical expertise.
