OMMAX and Singulier Merge to Build European AI Consulting Platform
OMMAX and Singulier announced a merger to create a pan-European AI management consulting platform. The combined firm will help enterprises move AI initiatives from pilot projects to company-wide implementation with measurable business results.
The new organization brings together more than 400 professionals across seven European cities: Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, London, Milan, Munich, and Paris. OMMAX was founded in Munich in 2011; Singulier was founded in Paris and focuses on closing the gap between strategy and execution.
What the Combined Firm Offers
The merged company will provide end-to-end AI transformation services, including strategy development, due diligence, implementation, and ongoing operational support. Clients will include large corporations, private equity firms, and portfolio companies in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and retail.
The platform targets a specific problem: companies understand what AI can do but struggle to deliver results at scale. The combined firm positions itself to handle both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.
Background and Backing
Eurazeo invested in OMMAX in 2025 to support international expansion. Founders Future backed Singulier with an investment in 2023 for growth in technology and AI transformation services.
OMMAX reports completing more than 3,000 projects with a net promoter score of 90. The firm said the merger strengthens delivery capacity, expands sector expertise, and deepens technical capabilities while keeping a partner-led consulting model.
Why This Matters for Managers
For management professionals overseeing AI adoption, this merger signals a shift in consulting support. Rather than separate strategy and execution teams, clients get integrated guidance on AI readiness assessment, business model redesign, and implementation with measurable outcomes.
Toni Stork, CEO of OMMAX, said the combination addresses where value typically gets lost: "The real challenge is no longer understanding what AI can do, but delivering that potential at scale."
Rémi Pesseguier, CEO of Singulier, added that the partnership allows faster scaling and better value capture from AI investments while maintaining the operational closeness clients expect from their advisors.
