The GHT Rouen Cœur de Seine hospital network in Normandy is deploying generative AI tools to 15,000 healthcare workers to reduce administrative workloads and accelerate medical research. Orange Business will host the Live Intelligence platform locally in France, meeting strict European data sovereignty requirements for healthcare organizations.

Reducing documentation time

The system connects directly to existing hospital information systems to manage operational workflows across clinical, administrative, and technical roles. The primary goal is to cut the time staff spend on repetitive documentation tasks.

Early results show concrete time savings. Research teams at Rouen University Hospital now complete grant applications in two days, down from three weeks. Procurement teams use the platform to draft technical specifications and evaluation criteria for public tenders, reducing processing time from two weeks to one day.
