Outcraft AI raises €2M for autonomous sales agents
Outcraft AI, a platform that deploys autonomous AI agents to handle customer engagement and revenue operations, has raised €2 million in pre-seed funding from Practica Capital. The company also received backing from venture builder Lost Astronaut.
The platform addresses a concrete problem: sales and revenue teams miss opportunities because customer follow-up is inconsistent or delayed. Leads go cold. Free users don't convert. Failed payments sit unresolved. Early signs that a customer might leave go unnoticed.
Outcraft AI's agents work across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. They monitor for specific triggers-inbound leads, abandoned checkouts, failed payments-and determine the next action automatically. The system integrates with existing business software to respond in real time to customer behavior.
Will Nauseda, CEO and co-founder, said: "We're not building another sales tool or engagement platform. We're developing autonomous AI agents that execute customer engagement end to end, enabling companies to respond instantly across multiple channels and drive measurable revenue outcomes."
The shift reflects two converging trends. Real-time voice and decision-making technology has improved substantially. At the same time, rising customer acquisition costs and pressure to respond faster are pushing organizations to move beyond tools that support sales teams toward systems that perform revenue-generating work independently.
Outcraft plans to use the funding to expand product capabilities and enter new markets. The company's longer-term goal is fully autonomous revenue execution-where AI agents manage the entire customer lifecycle from lead capture through retention and recovery.
