PepsiCo Taps Google Cloud to Deploy AI Across Global Operations
PepsiCo will adopt Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform as part of a multi-year partnership designed to accelerate decision-making across supply chain management and market operations.
The deal expands PepsiCo's data infrastructure and embeds AI tools into workflows across the company's global workforce. The goal is to run scenario modeling that was previously impossible at scale, reducing the time between analysis and execution.
Athina Kanioura, CEO of Latin America Foods and chief strategy and transformation officer at PepsiCo, said the partnership addresses how the company brings products to market and makes decisions at speed. "Google Cloud's deep expertise in AI and engineering strengthens our best-in-class supply chain and go-to-market capabilities-giving us unprecedented speed and precision to model scenarios that were previously impossible to run," she said.
What the partnership covers
- Data and analytics infrastructure to support global operations

Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, said PepsiCo has a history of using data to understand consumer demand. "With Gemini Enterprise, it is putting AI into the hands of its global workforce and empowering them with the tools to build a more resilient supply chain," he said.
