Precisely Adds AI Agent to Customer Communications Platform

Precisely released a new version of EngageOne RapidCX on April 22 that adds a governed AI agent to help communications teams identify issues and decide what to do next. The update includes real-time tracking of outbound messages across channels and a redesigned dashboard with five performance metrics.

The Next Best Action Agent analyzes email performance and recommends the most effective follow-up steps. Teams can enable or disable the capability, maintaining control over when and how AI is applied. Additional communication channels are planned for future releases.
