Pricefx and ServiceNow integrate AI deal optimization into sales workflows

Pricefx and ServiceNow have integrated AI-powered pricing intelligence directly into the ServiceNow AI Platform, a move that puts real-time deal optimization into the hands of B2B sales teams. The integration, announced today, embeds negotiation guidance, win-rate insights, and product recommendations into existing sales workflows - eliminating the need to switch between tools during the quoting process. Sales organizations can now access these capabilities through the ServiceNow Store.

What the integration delivers

The Pricefx Deal Optimization App analyzes historical pricing and deal performance to give sellers specific, actionable guidance. Account teams receive AI-powered recommendations for floor, target, and stretch prices, along with win-rate optimization based on how similar deals performed. The system also surfaces product recommendations designed to increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Intelligent agents within the app flag margin risks and suggest next-best actions. Enterprise pricing governance rules are embedded directly into ServiceNow workflows, so pricing decisions stay consistent across the sales organization. The result is a tighter connection between frontline selling and the company's broader pricing strategy.

Built for complex B2B environments

The solution targets manufacturers, distributors, and other organizations with complex pricing structures. By keeping pricing intelligence inside the platform where deals happen, companies can reduce unnecessary discounting and standardize how negotiations unfold. Pricefx said customers may achieve margin improvements of up to 10% through AI-powered pricing optimization.

"Today's revenue teams need more than pricing data; they need pricing intelligence embedded directly into the systems where deals happen," said Ronak Sheth, CEO of Pricefx. "By integrating Pricefx into the ServiceNow AI Platform, we're helping organizations turn every customer interaction into an opportunity to improve profitability while empowering sellers to make faster, more confident decisions."

ServiceNow's partner ecosystem expands

As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Pricefx develops and distributes applications on the platform with tailored configurations and integrations. Alix Douglas, group vice president of global technology partnerships at ServiceNow, said the collaboration puts pricing intelligence "directly into sellers' hands within their existing workflow, so they can negotiate with confidence, protect margin and move deals forward faster."

The announcement follows Pricefx's recognition as a Leader in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for B2B Pricing and Rebates Optimization Software earlier this year, where the company was evaluated on its Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.

Why this matters for sales professionals

For sales teams, the integration removes a common friction point: leaving the CRM or workflow platform to consult a separate pricing tool. When guidance on target prices, margin thresholds, and product bundles appears inside the same interface where quotes are built, sellers make faster decisions with fewer errors. The real payoff comes in deal velocity and margin protection - two metrics that directly affect compensation and quota attainment. Sales professionals who work inside ServiceNow daily will find the pricing intelligence embedded where they already operate, rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
