RAMMP launches free AI diagnostic tool to spot marketing campaign weaknesses

Australian marketing diagnostics platform RAMMP has released a free AI plug-in that identifies potential problems in marketing campaigns before launch. The tool integrates with ChatGPT and Claude through a Model Context Protocol connector, letting users run diagnostics directly within their AI assistant.

The plug-in analyzes where customer trust breaks down across the buying journey in real time. RAMMP said the tool addresses a traditional barrier: marketing diagnostics have required specialized analytics teams and significant investment.

How it works

The system runs on RAMMP's Brand Trust Score, a metric built from six years of behavioral data across more than 1,000 diagnostics. The score measures customer trust throughout the buying process.

The free tier gives access to the Brand Trust Score diagnostic and recommended priority fixes. Paid services include a six-stage breakdown of where trust declines, campaign monitoring, and reporting tools for ongoing decisions.

Paid users can also access additional diagnostic reports and recommendations for addressing identified issues.

Why RAMMP made it free

Founder Anna Harrison said the decision reflects a structural choice about who benefits from marketing measurement. "I've spent two decades in rooms with founders who've built genuinely good businesses and have no idea why their marketing isn't working," Harrison said. "The cost of imprecision falls on the people who can least afford it: founders, small operators, businesses without analytics teams."

Harrison argued that marketing diagnostics shouldn't be a paid service. "Telling a business owner where their customers are losing trust shouldn't be the thing they pay for. We've spent six years building the measurement system. Now we're giving it away."

The broader strategy

RAMMP positioned the connector as part of a strategy to support AI agents increasingly involved in marketing planning and execution. The Brand Trust Score provides a measurable signal for AI-driven systems making campaign decisions.

"If agents are going to run campaigns, do the shopping and make recommendations on our behalf, they need a model for how humans actually decide to buy," Harrison said. "We've patented that model."

The connector recognizes when users work on marketing tasks and activates prompts for competitive analysis, messaging development, homepage refinement, and go-to-market strategy.

Documented results

RAMMP reported generating more than 1,024 diagnostics as of March 2026. Documented outcomes from clients include a 702% conversion improvement, a 138% revenue uplift, and support for a customer adoption strategy tied to a US$10 million capital raise. The company said its methodology has produced conversion increases between 10% and 40% without additional marketing spend.
