RcrutAI launches Panther to cut real-estate development analysis from months to one minute

Egyptian AI company RcrutAI has launched Panther, an AI engine for real estate development that compresses market analysis from weeks or months to roughly one minute. The tool covers market research, pricing benchmarks, demand mapping, product mix modeling, and feasibility studies in a single connected workflow.

Panther is the company's first product built specifically for the real estate development sector. RcrutAI was founded to make AI an institutional capability rather than an individual skill, and is focusing its early work on real estate. The tool currently covers four Egyptian destinations - East Cairo, West Cairo, the North Coast, and the Red Sea - with regional expansion planned.

Developers typically need answers to a set of questions before committing capital: What surrounds the project? Which products are selling? At what prices? Under which payment plans? Do the proposed scenarios hit target returns? Panther brings those answers together in one journey that starts with competitive analysis and ends with a feasibility study. Users enter data about a land plot and receive analysis and strategic recommendations in about a minute.

What Panther actually does

Panther is not a dashboard, database, or market report with charts layered on top, according to the company. Those tools each address one piece of the development question, leaving the developer to stitch answers together manually. Panther manages the entire development stage in one system, converting market research into an actionable plan covering product mix, pricing, payment plans, phasing, and feasibility.

The platform's functions include live competitive analysis, pricing benchmarks, payment plan analysis, demand and absorption maps, product mix modeling, land utilization guidance, pricing scenarios, an initial feasibility study with year-by-year cash flow, and a downloadable executive report. The company says Panther is the first tool in its market to bridge the gap between research and strategy rather than leaving that gap for the developer to cross.

Ahmed Zakaria, Founder and Managing Director of RcrutAI, said: "Every developer answers the same questions before committing a single pound: What surrounds me? What is actually selling? At what price? Under which payment plan? And are the cash flows working? Traditionally, answering these questions takes months, and by the time the answer arrives, the launch window has moved. A real estate company is not in the construction business; it is in the business of money, and time is the cost that no one records. Panther gives you the same depth in approximately one minute, with a consultant working alongside you."

Each engagement includes a dedicated Panther consultant with market experience who works directly with the client's team. The product targets founders, CEOs, heads of development, commercial leadership, investment teams, and feasibility study teams.

Built by consultants, not just engineers

Sami Samer, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, said: "We did not build a report; we built an engine that stays alive. A study printed in March is a description of March. Panther reads what the market is doing today, the inventory, prices, payment plans, and product mix, and connects it directly to the feasibility study, so that pricing and returns stop being two separate discussions."

Samuel Mefreh, Co-Founder and Director of Strategic Partnerships, said: "We are not selling artificial intelligence to the real estate sector; we are consultants who complete the work on behalf of the client. The product is the decision they need to make, and the technology model behind it."

The company clarifies that "approximately one minute" refers to the time needed to obtain analytical outputs, not to issuing a final, binding feasibility study. RcrutAI offers several engagement models: an integrated subscription with consulting, intelligence support for a specific project, a hybrid subscription with on-demand project support, and strategic partnerships with an embedded intelligence model.

For professionals in AI for Real Estate & Construction, the practical takeaway is that market analysis tools are moving from static reports to systems that connect data directly to financial decisions. The AI Learning Path for Real Estate Brokers covers similar ground for professionals who need to evaluate properties and market conditions with AI-assisted analysis. Panther's approach - pairing AI output with a human consultant - also signals that the value in this sector lies in interpretation and decision support, not raw automation.
