Rendering huge pull requests in the GitHub Copilot app

GitHub has re-engineered the diff rendering surface in the Copilot app to manage exceptionally large pull requests. The new interface can now handle changesets containing up to a million lines of code, along with hundreds of inline review comments, without breaking the user experience.
