RVCJ Media and Megalodon Partner on AI-Powered Communications Platform
RVCJ Media and Megalodon announced a strategic partnership to build an AI-driven communications ecosystem combining content creation, creator networks, and digital distribution. The collaboration targets brands seeking automated marketing, multilingual campaigns, and entertainment-led storytelling at scale.
RVCJ Media operates a digital audience of 91 million followers across platforms, built over 14 years through meme-driven and culture-led content. Megalodon, founded by Rashi Agarwal, specializes in AI-powered storytelling, deepfake technology, AI avatars, and automation-led marketing solutions. The company has completed over 550 projects and produced 30,000 creative assets using its AI infrastructure.
What the Partnership Covers
The two companies will jointly offer branding, marketing, public relations, influencer ecosystems, AI-generated content, and audience intelligence services. They plan to develop original entertainment properties including creator-led talk shows, internet-first game shows, and short-form drama series targeting Indian and international audiences.
Multilingual and regional content development will be a priority, reflecting demand for localized storytelling in digital advertising and entertainment.
The Communications Shift Underway
Aziz Khan, co-founder and chief revenue officer at RVCJ Media, said the partnership addresses how digital communication now operates. "Digital communication today is driven by culture, creators, and speed," Khan said. "AI is fundamentally changing how audiences consume content and how brands build relevance."
Rashi Agarwal, CEO of Megalodon, framed the partnership as solving an end-to-end problem. "Companies today are building AI tools, AI creatives, and AI layers. But very few are solving the larger communication problem end-to-end - from strategy and creation to distribution and scaling," Agarwal said.
She added that brands are moving away from traditional advertising. "Brands will no longer communicate only through traditional ads or brand films. They will build IPs, entertainment formats, OTT properties, creator ecosystems, and community-driven storytelling formats."
Global Expansion Plans
Beyond India operations, the partnership includes plans for expansion across the UAE, UK, US, Japan, and China.
The collaboration reflects a broader shift in how brands approach marketing. Rather than separate functions for content creation, distribution, and creator engagement, companies are consolidating these under unified AI-enabled frameworks.
