SATO Launches Qritical.AI Inc. to Build AI Digital Infrastructure Operations
SATO Technologies (OTCQB: CCPUF) has created Qritical.AI Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to developing AI infrastructure solutions. The company’s first initiative, AI Factory 1, will repurpose up to 20 MW of hydroelectric-powered compute capacity at SATO’s existing data center in Joliette, Québec.
This new facility will focus on optimizing resources for large language models (LLMs) and inference workloads. It will offer flexible service models including GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), tailored to meet diverse AI client needs.
