Schneider Electric and Deloitte Partner to Modernise Industrial Operations

Schneider Electric and Deloitte announced a collaboration on 24 April 2026 to help organisations modernise end-to-end operations using AI-enabled technology and enterprise-wide change management.

Many organisations still rely on outdated systems that prevent them from adapting quickly in competitive markets. The problem is especially acute in asset-intensive industries, where legacy infrastructure creates operational silos and limits the ability to integrate new capabilities.

The partnership combines Deloitte's experience in operational transformation with Schneider Electric's industrial automation expertise and AI-enabled software platforms. Together, they will help clients move beyond fragmented legacy systems to integrated, software-defined operations.

What the Partnership Offers

  • IT/OT integration and end-to-end digital transformation for industrial operations
  • Migration from siloed systems to open, software-defined automation platforms
  • AI and advanced analytics to reduce time to value and improve business outcomes
  • Operational structures designed for efficiency and resilience
  • Organisation-wide change management to drive adoption

Gwenaelle Huet, executive vice president of Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric, said many organisations know they need to transform but lack a clear roadmap. "By combining our technology leadership with Deloitte's experience in driving operational excellence and enterprise-wide change, we are giving customers the tools they need to move forward with speed and confidence," Huet said.

Ajai Vasudevan, global smart operations leader at Deloitte, emphasised that digital transformation requires more than new tools. "True transformation demands a reinvention of how an organisation competes and grows," Vasudevan said. "Paired with Schneider Electric's OT expertise and AI-enabled industrial technology, this collaboration offers clients new ways to transform and provides the operational precision needed to make it real."

Both companies will demonstrate solutions at Hannover Messe 2026. Schneider Electric will exhibit in Hall 13, Stand C34, and Deloitte in Hall 15, Stand E75.
