SHOPLINE and Bengaluru-based Trozo have partnered to integrate AI marketing and customer engagement tools into SHOPLINE's commerce infrastructure for its network of over 600,000 global brands. The collaboration gives merchants automated access to campaign creation, audience segmentation, and revenue tracking, reducing the manual effort required to launch targeted marketing efforts.

The integration connects Trozo's platform directly to SHOPLINE's existing tools. Merchants can use Trozo's Brand Analyzer to scan their website URL and extract elements like visual identity, tone of voice, and audience signals. An AI Creative Engine then uses this data to generate campaign assets, captions, and social content for channels including WhatsApp and Instagram.

Beyond content generation, the partnership provides customer segmentation, distribution workflows, retention tools, and loyalty features. Janardhan JV, Co-Founder and Chief of Business at Trozo, said the move is intended to "help merchants run more personalized campaigns while reducing the time and operating work needed to launch them." Dilip Adiga, Co-Founder and Chief of Products and Technology at Trozo, added that the system connects with platforms brands already use, noting that the Brand Analyzer identifies a brand's positioning immediately upon connection.

A SHOPLINE spokesperson said the partnership adds AI-based engagement and personalization capabilities to the company's infrastructure. The move follows a pattern of adding AI tools, including a November 2025 agreement with Lexore Spark to provide AI customer intelligence tools. Financial terms of the Trozo deal were not disclosed.
