SPARC AI Hires Vancouver Marketing Firm for Investor Awareness Campaign
SPARC AI Inc., a drone software company trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange, has engaged Senergy Communications Capital to handle marketing and investor relations work. The Vancouver-based firm will handle corporate branding, social media, and advertising.
SPARC AI will pay Senergy CAD $150,000 under a service agreement announced May 5. The breakdown: $20,000 in service fees and $130,000 in advertising expenses. Senergy holds no shares, options, or warrants in SPARC AI, the company said.
What SPARC AI Does
The company develops GPS-free target acquisition software for drones and edge devices. Its technology detects and tracks objects in real time without relying on radar, lidar, or heavy sensors.
SPARC AI sells to defense contractors, search-and-rescue teams, first responders, and commercial drone operators. The company is based in Los Angeles.
For PR and Communications Professionals
This engagement reflects a broader trend: public companies using specialized marketing firms to build awareness among investors and the media. The split between service fees and advertising spend-roughly 13 percent and 87 percent-is typical for investor relations campaigns that rely heavily on paid placement and social media promotion.
Communications professionals managing similar campaigns should note the structure. The firm handles strategy and execution while the client funds media spend separately, allowing flexibility to adjust advertising budgets without renegotiating the core agreement.
