SpoonOS and FLock.io Join Forces to Decentralize AI Model Development and Empower Agentic AI
SpoonOS teams up with FLock.io to decentralize AI model development, promoting openness and collaboration. Developers can now access FLock.io’s decentralized training infrastructure.

SpoonOS Partners with FLock.io to Decentralize AI Model Development
Neo has announced a collaboration between SpoonOS, its agentic operating system, and FLock.io, a decentralized platform for AI training. This partnership aims to bring more openness and participation to AI model development.
AI Development with SpoonOS
SpoonOS helps developers create AI agents that operate within on-chain applications. Supported by Neo Global Development, it features a blockchain-agnostic framework. These AI agents are customized versions of large language models (LLMs) designed to automate specific tasks. While many general-purpose models exist, fine-tuning or building new models can enhance the precision and effectiveness of these agents.
What FLock.io Brings to the Table
FLock.io focuses on decentralizing AI training to reduce reliance on a few central authorities that control data and model outputs. Centralized AI development can limit transparency, introduce bias, and restrict public influence on AI’s direction. FLock.io’s platform, called AI Arena, lets users contribute data, define models, train or fine-tune AI, evaluate results, or delegate tokens.
- Participants earn FLOCK, a TestNet token running on the Base network.
- The platform encourages diverse input throughout the AI development lifecycle.
What the Partnership Means
Developers using SpoonOS will gain access to FLock.io’s decentralized training infrastructure, enabling more collaborative AI development. The two teams will also work on the SpoonOS Agent Interoperability Protocol, aiming to enable seamless communication between AI agents.
