Spotter AI Rolls Out Mobile Tools and Recruiting Tech for Freight Operations

Spotter AI released updates across four products designed to help freight brokers, carriers, and drivers manage dispatch, hiring, and load planning from mobile devices and desktop. The updates integrate dispatch management, recruiting, communication, analytics, and automation into a single system.

The company said the tools aim to reduce time spent on administrative tasks and improve decision-making for transportation professionals.

Driver and Recruiter Apps Get Mobile Updates

Spotter Driver, the company's iOS and Google Play app, now streamlines communication and document management for commercial drivers and carriers. The updated app gives drivers faster access to load information and notifications while allowing carriers to manage driver profiles and permissions from a centralized dashboard.

Spotter CRM, available on iPadOS, helps recruiters and fleet teams manage candidates and track hiring progress directly from tablets. The app now integrates fully with Spotter TMS, the company's transportation management system, creating a unified platform for recruiting and fleet operations across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Load Board Extension and Market Analytics

Spotter Load Board, a Chrome extension, automates routine tasks for transportation professionals. It includes AI-generated pricing analysis, customizable email templates, Gmail tracking, and one-click route planning through Google Maps integration.

Spotter Lens provides free freight market analytics across the United States, allowing users to analyze demand for VAN, RFER, and FLAT freight categories. The tool helps carriers understand market conditions without a subscription.
