Integrity, a Dallas-based distributor of life and health insurance, has partnered with Stella Health Insurance Agency, a Southern California independent marketing organization specializing in Medicare products. The deal, announced Aug. 25, gives Stella Health access to Integrity's AI-powered platform and partner resources as it expands into life, annuities and supplemental health products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Stella Health, led by founder Erick Stella, focuses on serving underserved Medicare populations in the Los Angeles area. The agency's agents form cohorts based on experience and receive tailored support at each level, a structure that has produced a growing team and a base of long-term clients. Stella Health also maintains relationships with major medical providers who refer Medicare-eligible patients seeking coverage.
What Integrity brings to the partnership
Stella Health agents will use IntegrityCONNECT, Integrity's all-in-one platform that streamlines quoting, applications, enrollment and policy management. The platform also includes Ask Integrity, a voice-activated AI assistant that provides data analysis, personalized coverage recommendations and policy management reminders.
"In Integrity, I found many of the same values that drove me to build Stella Health - including a shared commitment to family-first culture and a strong desire to serve more Americans," said Stella. "IntegrityCONNECT has been a game changer for our agents by incorporating all aspects of their business into one platform built to help them deepen client relationships and fuel growth. This partnership also accelerates our expansion into life, annuities and supplemental health products, with support, resources and training for our agents every step of the way."
Integrity CEO Bryan W. Adams said the partnership gives Stella Health a path to scale. "Stella Health has built a thriving, service-driven business and can now leverage Integrity's extensive partner resources for scalable growth," he said. "Our AI-powered technology and renowned partner network create a runway for Stella Health to serve more individuals and families, develop more agents and build an organization that will last well into the future."
Expanding beyond Medicare
The partnership lets Stella Health move beyond its Medicare focus into life insurance, annuities and supplemental health products. Integrity provides training and resources for agents making that transition, while Stella Health's existing approach - education over sales, with attention to doctor access and prescription drug coverage - remains in place.
Stella Health joins a broader network of independent agencies that work with Integrity's distribution platform. Integrity reports that its partners collectively serve millions of Americans through in-person, phone and online channels.
Why this matters for insurance professionals
For agents and agency owners, this deal shows how AI tools are becoming a standard part of independent agency operations rather than an optional upgrade. Integrity's platform handles administrative work like policy management and enrollment, which frees agents to focus on client relationships. The partnership also signals that Medicare-focused agencies are increasingly looking to diversify into adjacent product lines - a strategy that can smooth out seasonal enrollment swings and build recurring revenue. Agents at agencies considering similar moves should watch how Stella Health's expansion unfolds, particularly whether the AI-assisted workflow translates into faster onboarding and higher closing rates.
