Student-built campus-events app wins Stellic AI challenge

A University of Kansas student won a multi-country competition by building a campus event-discovery app. The project was developed with access to AI development tools provided through the challenge.

The program demonstrates how practical, hands-on projects can teach skills related to building AI products. At the same time, universities continue to require guardrails around privacy and accessibility when adopting these technologies.
