SUPERAGENT AI Releases Platform 2.0 for Independent Insurance Agencies

SUPERAGENT AI announced the general availability of SUPERAGENT 2.0 on May 5, a platform update that consolidates multiple agency tools into a single system. The release includes over 2,600 updates across five core areas: unified AI agents, managed telephony, automated email, real-time quoting, and security.

"Agencies no longer need to bolt AI onto legacy systems," said Vlada Lotkina, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI. "They can now provision compliant phone numbers, warm email domains, and deploy autonomous quoting capabilities within a single environment."

What's New in the Platform

Unified AI Agents. The platform introduces a single AI architecture that handles inbound calls, outbound campaigns, renewals, and agent training. Every conversation is scored using a 300-850 quality scale modeled after FICO ratings, evaluating eight competencies including discovery, rapport, and objection handling. The AI also flags cross-sell opportunities during service calls.

Real-Time Quoting. AI agents can generate bound-ready ACORD 80 (Homeowners) and ACORD 90 (Auto) applications directly from phone conversations. The system applies state-specific underwriting rules and validates data in real-time, reducing manual entry.

Managed Telephony. Agencies can purchase and provision phone numbers directly in the platform. The system automatically handles Twilio A2P brand registration and implements A-level SHAKEN/STIR attestation, so outbound calls display as verified to recipients.

Email Compliance. One-click domain provisioning, automated sender warming, and threaded reply handling come built in. The platform enforces CAN-SPAM, TCPA quiet hours, and Do-Not-Call scrubbing in every workflow.

Pre-Built Workflows. Agencies can deploy automated sequences for speed-to-lead, cold outreach, win-backs, cross-sells, and renewals without building campaigns from scratch.

Early Adoption

Andrew McGinnis, owner of McGinnis Insurance Services, said the platform lets his team focus on revenue-generating work. "The AI agents allow us to increase our inbound and outbound communications without adding hours to my team's day," he said.

The update also includes expanded calendar integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com, and Calendly.com for autonomous appointment setting. New lead-handling modules target Dental and Veterinary insurance verticals.

SUPERAGENT 2.0 is available immediately for all existing and new customers through their organization dashboards.
