UAE Real Estate Academy Launches AI Training for Sales and Business Professionals
ThinkProp Venture, a UAE-based real estate technology company, has launched ThinkProp AI Academy, offering structured training in artificial intelligence for professionals in sales, marketing, project management, and real estate.
The academy integrates AI into learning systems, simulations, assessments, and performance tracking. It was built around UAE market requirements while incorporating international standards.
For sales professionals specifically, the academy offers courses designed to apply AI tools to client management, pipeline analysis, and deal acceleration. AI for Sales training covers practical applications relevant to the UAE market.
Certifications and Regulatory Backing
ThinkProp partnered with AI CERTs to provide internationally recognized certifications alongside locally tailored training. The platform holds certification from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the Dubai Land Department.
Scale and Expansion Plans
The company plans to train more than 100 professionals in the first phase and double available courses by year-end. Expansion will move into other GCC markets, then the broader Middle East and China.
The academy was developed in collaboration with government and industry partners across the UAE.
