TikaMobile Launches AI-Native CRM Built for Pharma Sales Teams
TikaMobile unveiled TikaPharma on May 6, a CRM platform designed to measure what pharma reps actually accomplish-prescription changes and revenue-rather than counting calls and emails.
The platform embeds AI across the sales cycle. Reps ask questions in plain English and get answers within seconds: which HCPs are losing prescriptions, what to say on the next call, or a territory business review. The system reasons over live CRM data and generates reports ready to share.
How It Works for Reps
TikaScore assigns each HCP a real-time priority score based on prescription momentum, engagement recency, payer favorability, and gaps in the call plan. A feature called "Plan My Day" sequences the highest-impact targets by score, location, and urgency. Pre-call planning time drops from 20 minutes to 2 minutes per HCP.
The system surfaces a single "next best action" for each HCP rather than leaving reps to guess which conversation matters most.

District managers and regional directors receive a weekly digest flagging execution gaps: HCPs not yet visited, territories where prescriptions are declining, and call-plan shortfalls. Every alert threshold is configurable by the organization.
