Trianz names Sanjeev Prasad as chief human resources officer

Trianz, the company behind the enterprise agentic transformation platform Concierto, has appointed Sanjeev Prasad as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prasad will lead people strategy, talent development, organizational design, and culture initiatives across the company's global operations as it scales to meet demand for AI-driven transformation. He reports directly to Sri Manchala, Chief Executive Officer of Trianz.

The appointment comes as Trianz expands its "Transformation Services as a Software" model and grows Concierto across new markets. The company's stated challenge is building teams that thrive in an AI-enabled environment while keeping human intelligence and judgment central to every client engagement.

Three decades of building tech teams

Prasad brings nearly three decades of experience in India's technology industry. He spent more than 12 years leading the People Team at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore (SRI-B), Samsung Electronics' largest R&D center outside Korea. In that role, he managed organizational growth and talent transformation for an engineering operation spanning thousands of engineers.

His earlier career includes leadership roles at Nokia, where he served as Head of HR for the Devices division. He also led HR at Trilogy India as Director of Human Resources and worked at HCL Technologies as Senior Manager of Human Resources Development. He holds a postgraduate degree from XLRI Jamshedpur in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.

Human intelligence at the center of AI transformation

Trianz's position is that the Concierto platform is only as powerful as the teams deploying it and the culture that sustains them. Prasad's appointment reflects that view - that scaling a transformation company depends on building world-class teams and people-first cultures.

"At a moment when Trianz is crossing into a new phase of global scale and AI-driven transformation leadership, we needed a CHRO who understood both the technical soul of transformation and the human dynamics required to sustain it," said Manchala. "Sanjeev brings decades of experience proving he can build world-class engineering cultures at scale across multiple geographies and organizational contexts."

Prasad said the shift to AI-led digital transformation of enterprise operations is among the most consequential changes he has witnessed in his career. "Our opportunity is twofold - to help organizations harness AI for meaningful business and societal impact, while keeping human intelligence, judgment, and potential at the centre," he said. "I look forward to creating an organization where great people choose to do their best work."

Why this matters for HR professionals

For HR leaders, this appointment signals how a technology vendor is structuring its people function around a specific operational challenge: scaling an engineering organization while AI tools change how those engineers work. Prasad's track record at Samsung R&D and Nokia shows a pattern of managing talent growth during periods of technical transition. The broader signal is that Trianz treats its HR function as a core part of its marketplace position, not a support operation. HR professionals watching this space can expect the company to focus on retention, internal mobility, and organizational design as it grows.
