Birmingham creative agency adds AI module to relaunched graduate academy
Tribera, a Birmingham-based creative agency, is bringing back its graduate training academy for a second year in June, this time with a new artificial intelligence module built into the curriculum.
Academy by Tribera runs as a free four-week course designed for students and recent graduates entering marketing and digital communications roles. The programme covers social media, PR, SEO, content creation, and paid advertising alongside the new AI component.
The agency delivers the course in partnership with Birmingham City University and Aston University.
What the course covers
The addition of an AI module reflects demand from creatives to build skills in tools and techniques now standard in marketing and communications work. The course remains free and open to graduates seeking practical experience before entering the job market.
If you work in creative roles and want to develop AI skills beyond a single course, AI for Creatives covers broader applications across your field. Those focused on design work may find AI Design Courses more specific to visual disciplines.
How to apply
Interested candidates can apply directly through Tribera for the June 2026 intake. The partnership with two major universities positions the academy as a bridge between academic learning and industry practice.
