VCI Global launches AI operating system for business management
VCI Global announced plans to release Galactic OPC, an AI-native operating system designed to coordinate business functions across sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer engagement and research. The platform uses interconnected intelligent agents to automate workflows rather than performing isolated tasks.
The company will offer two components: a digital platform and a physical innovation hub. The hub, located next to V Gallant's GPU Lounge, provides collaborative workspaces, NVIDIA-powered computing resources and networking for entrepreneurs and business operators.
How it works
Galactic OS, a proprietary orchestration layer, sits at the system's core. It coordinates specialized AI agents and workflows across business functions, giving users a centralized operating environment to manage interconnected processes.
The platform runs on V Gallant's NVIDIA-powered GPU infrastructure, which supports compute-intensive applications. V Gallant is a subsidiary of VCI Global focused on AI infrastructure and GPU services.
Why this matters for operations
As organizations adopt AI-enabled workflows, demand is growing for platforms that can coordinate business functions and automate routine processes. Traditional AI tools handle discrete tasks; Galactic OPC attempts to integrate multiple functions into a single system.
For operations teams, this means potential centralization of workflow coordination across departments. Rather than managing separate applications for sales, finance and operations, teams could use a single platform with coordinated AI agents.
Dato' Victor Hoo, CEO of VCI Global, said the system addresses a shift in how businesses use AI. "Artificial intelligence is evolving from a productivity tool into a core operating layer for modern businesses," he said.
Target users
Galactic OPC targets entrepreneurs, creators, developers and business operators in Malaysia and beyond. The company positions the platform as a way to lower technical barriers to AI adoption for startups and enterprises.
V Gallant also offers complementary products: Intelli-X for analytics, Compute-X for GPU servers with flexible rent-to-own options, and the GPU Lounge for on-demand access to computing infrastructure.
