Vensure launches workforce communication platform with AI-assisted messaging
Vensure Employer Solutions announced Communication Hub, an AI-powered platform that consolidates employee messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app portals into a single system. The platform uses real-time employee data to segment audiences by location, department, role, or employment status.
The tool addresses a persistent operational problem: employees miss or misunderstand critical updates because messages arrive through disconnected channels. Communication Hub lets organizations send a single message across multiple channels simultaneously, with AI assistance for drafting, refining, and translating communications.
Features include message scheduling, delivery tracking, urgent alert capabilities, and a centralized communication history. Organizations can monitor whether messages were successfully delivered and identify communication gaps in real time.

Distribution through existing brands
Vensure will distribute the platform through two channels. VensureHR, its direct employer services division, will offer it to small and mid-size business clients. PrismHR, which serves professional employer organizations and administrative service organizations, will make it available to service provider customers.
For PR and communications professionals managing internal communications at organizations using these services, the platform offers tools for AI for PR & Communications workflows. The generative AI and LLM capabilities for message creation and refinement reflect broader adoption of AI in communications roles.
