ETH Zürich spin-off vyzn has raised a seed round from buildify.earth, the Zurich-based investor focused on sustainable and circular construction. The deal, announced in September 2026, gives the startup capital to scale its AI software that assesses real estate projects in their earliest planning phases.

What vyzn's software does

vyzn pulls cost, CO₂, energy, and comfort data directly from a digital building model.
