Wipeboard Adds AI Brainstorming Tool to Project Management Platform
Wipeboard, a real-time project whiteboard for small teams and agencies, launched an AI-powered brainstorming add-on on May 6 that generates ideas directly within project boards. The feature costs $19 per month and lets teams move from blank canvas to structured task list in minutes.
The tool works by accepting a plain-language description of a challenge-a product launch, campaign brief, or strategic problem. Users select from five generation modes: broad ideas, specific tactics, constraints, unanswered questions, or unconventional options. The AI produces eight sticky-card-style ideas per round, each 10 to 15 words.
Teams drag ideas onto a shared canvas, discard others, and run additional rounds as needed. Groups, labels, and voting support collaborative prioritization. Selected ideas convert into live project tasks with a single click.
Pricing and Access
The add-on is available to all Wipeboard plan holders. Growth and Scale plan subscribers get access to more powerful AI models, higher daily generation limits, and real-time collaborative sessions with cursor presence.
Wipeboard's base plans range from $9 to $79 monthly, plus custom Enterprise pricing. All include a 14-day free trial.
Broader Platform Expansion
The brainstorming tool marks the company's first expansion beyond core project management. Wipeboard Education, a classroom collaboration tool for K-12 teachers, is in development with a target launch later this year. Wipeboard Justice, designed for district attorney offices and law enforcement case strategy, is also in development.
