AI agent for executive coachs
Executive Presence and Communication Practice Agent
Give the client regular, scored practice that matches their coaching goals.
What it does
Between coaching sessions, a client is meant to practice speaking up in meetings, giving hard feedback, or presenting to a board. In reality most of them do nothing until the night before the next session. This agent turns the client's goals into short practice scenarios, such as pushing back on a budget cut in two minutes. The client answers by text or recorded audio. The agent scores the answer against criteria the coach and client agreed, like clarity, a clear ask and a calm tone, and gives one specific note. If the client scores well, the next scenario is harder. If not, it repeats the skill in an easier setting. At the end of the week it sends the coach a short report. Edge case: a client who skips three days is offered a five-minute version.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
Read the steps as a list
- Coach approves the practice plan
- Choose the scenario for the day from the client goals
- Send the scenario and time limit to the client
- Receive the client's answer
- Score it against each agreed criterion
- Did the answer meet the target score for this level? If not: Give one specific note and run an easier version of the same skill. Back to step 2.
- Raise difficulty if two answers in a row passed
- Log the scores and trends
- Coach approves the weekly plan changesThe agent waits here for your OK.
- Is the client on pace with the weekly practice target? If not: Offer a shorter five-minute scenario and note the gap for the coach. Back to step 2.
- Weekly report to the coach
How it decides
Scores each answer against the agreed criteria and moves difficulty up after two scores of 4 out of 5 or better, down after two scores below 3.
- Two scores of 4 or higher raise the difficulty
- Two scores under 3 lower it
- Scenarios use the client's real context but never real names
- Only the criteria agreed with the coach are scored
