What it does

A talent review compares many leaders, but each manager brings different information: some bring detailed notes, some a single sentence. Ratings do not line up with the data. This agent gathers performance, goal and mobility data for each person and builds a standard profile. It checks every profile for gaps and asks managers to fill them. It also compares the proposed ratings with the evidence, for example a top rating with missed goals, and flags the inconsistency. After managers reply, it rechecks. The executive approves the pack before the review. Edge case: a profile with no input from the manager is marked incomplete and shown last, not skipped.
