A short ranked list of passed companies whose pass reason no longer holds, each with evidence
What it does
Funds pass on many companies for reasons that later disappear, but nobody looks again. This agent keeps each pass reason on file, such as too early, weak team, small market or unclear model. It monitors each company for traction, key hires, funding and product news. For every company it checks whether the original reason still applies, comparing the old note with the new facts. It ranks revisit candidates by how much the reason has changed and how well the company fits the fund's thesis now. For the top candidates it drafts a short update with the old reason, the new evidence and a suggested next step. It rechecks the evidence sources before the update goes out. The partner decides whether to reach out. Edge case: a company that raised from a competitor fund is marked as lower priority.

How it decides
A company is a candidate when its pass reason is weakened by evidence from at least two independent sources and it fits the current thesis.
- Require 2 independent sources to count the reason as changed
- Rank by change in the pass reason, then thesis fit
- Lower priority for companies that just raised from a competitor fund
- Skip companies passed on less than 6 months ago
