It rechecks facts before the outreach goes out. It checks news, filings and public records for each candidate and keeps the sources next to each score. It drafts outreach only for the top few and states in the note what is known and unknown, so the strategist can decide who to approach first. Edge case: a candidate also partners with a competitor, so the agent flags the conflict. The strategist approves outreach.
