AI agent for business analysts
Win and Loss Interview Synthesis Agent
Show the real reasons deals are won and lost, with evidence strength for each.
What it does
Sales notes say we lost on price, but is that true? This agent reads the month's win and loss notes and call transcripts, and tags the competitors named and the reasons given. It then checks each claim against the deal data, such as the discount offered, the stage where the deal stalled and the buyer's role. If a claim does not match, it flags the theme as weakly supported. For those themes, it drafts follow-up interview questions and a list of buyers to ask. When new interviews arrive, it updates the findings. It writes a brief of what competitors really do better and where you win. The analyst approves before it is shared with sales.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
Read the steps as a list

- Collect win and loss notes, transcripts and deal data

- Group tags into themes and count deals
- Does the deal data support each theme? If not: mark the theme weak and draft follow-up interview questions. Back to step 4.

How it decides
It counts a theme as supported when notes and deal data agree, and weak when only the rep's note says so.
- Treat a theme as supported when it appears in at least 5 deals and matches the deal data
- Mark price as a reason only if the discount or quote gap supports it
- Weight buyer interviews above rep notes
- Show the count of deals behind every theme
