AI agent for competitive intelligence analysts
Competitor Earnings and Filing Review Agent
Turn each competitor filing into a short, verified alert about what changed.
What it does
Competitor filings and earnings calls carry clues about pricing, investment areas and risks, but nobody has time to read them in full. After each filing, this agent extracts guidance, investment areas, headcount and risk changes and compares them with the prior period. It checks every number against the source document and marks anything it cannot confirm. It flags shifts that are worth action, such as a new product line, a cut in a region or a changed risk statement, and drafts a short alert with the evidence. If a number does not match the source, it goes back and corrects it. The analyst approves distribution of the alert.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
