Adobe and LinkedIn launched a free AI training program for marketers on July 2, responding to a 113% year-over-year jump in marketing job postings that require AI skills. The "AI Essentials for Marketers" program is available now on LinkedIn Learning in 47 languages.
Program tailored to four marketing roles
The curriculum covers four high-demand paths: digital marketing, content and creative, social and communication, and data and analytics. Learners can pick the track that matches their specialty or career goals. All courses are free and require no prior AI experience. The two companies also designed short-form video options for professionals who find it hard to carve out long study blocks.
"Beyond simply learning new tools"
Rachel Thornton, Adobe's enterprise chief marketing officer, said, "AI Essentials for Marketers goes beyond simply learning new tools and focuses on how to redefine creativity, marketing strategy and customer relationships in the AI-based era."
After completing a course, learners can add a verified certificate directly to their LinkedIn profiles. Adobe and LinkedIn plan to update the content regularly to keep pace with AI technology changes.
