Agent Analog, an AI-powered event concierge, launched today to handle guest requests via text message. Guests text questions or needs without downloading an app or logging in.
The service draws on 20 years of event production experience from founder Jordan Kaye, who has produced premieres, executive summits, conferences, and brand activations. Analog Events, the company behind the product, has operated for a decade.
Agent Analog sits alongside existing event management platforms. While those systems handle registration, logistics, and check-in, Agent Analog guides guests through the event itself-answering questions, tracking preferences, and anticipating requests before they're asked.
