Agent Analog, an AI-powered concierge service, launched today to handle guest requests at live events through text messaging. Guests text a single number for help with schedules, directions, meal orders, and networking introductions. No app download or login required.
The platform was built by Jordan Kaye, who spent more than 20 years producing premieres, conferences, and brand activations through his company Analog Events. The service integrates with existing event management systems rather than replacing them.
How It Works
Guests communicate naturally through SMS. Agent Analog responds with information tailored to their role at the event-whether they're a VIP attendee, speaker, sponsor, or general registrant.
The platform handles several functions:
- Real-time assistance: Guests receive personalized support for schedules, speaker backgrounds, dietary needs, and venue directions without navigating menus or keyword prompts.
- Photo delivery: Secure photo-matching technology identifies attendees and sends personalized event photos directly via SMS.
- Food and beverage ordering: Attendees can pre-order meals and communicate dietary restrictions entirely by text.
- Networking: Agent Analog matches attendees based on shared interests and coordinates introductions only when both parties consent.
- Analytics: Every guest interaction provides live data on engagement and what resonated during the event.
The Design Philosophy
Kaye said the goal was to create the digital equivalent of a Michelin-starred restaurant's concierge-someone who anticipates needs and remembers preferences without drawing attention to themselves. "When it works the way it should, guests do not think about the concierge," he said. "They just feel taken care of."
