How Blng Works
The app accepts a variety of inputs to spark creativity. Upload a sketch, a photo, or simply type a keyword. "Inspiration comes from all kinds of places, and we wanted a platform where you can visualize ideas," says Valérie Leblond, co-creator of Blng.

The Origin Story
The idea for Blng came from a personal project. Dumëne Comploi, an architect and former creative designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, was designing an engagement ring for Valérie Leblond. He reached out to a familiar manufacturer, Christian Tse, to produce it. This experience sparked conversations about creating a system that could translate hand sketches directly into 3D jewelry renderings.
Valérie, with her background in production and development at Cirque du Soleil, and Dumëne combined their expertise to build Blng. Since their marriage in 2018, they have focused on making jewelry design more efficient and accessible through AI.
