Canary Technologies unveiled an AI tool on June 16 that handles group and event sales workflows from first enquiry to confirmed booking, aiming to help hotel sales teams capture more revenue from leads they already generate. The Agentic Sales Coordinator, announced from San Francisco, qualifies leads and steers exchanges to completion, targeting a market where speed of response directly affects conversion.

Hotel sales teams often face a flood of poorly qualified opportunities, too little time to assess them, and no reliable tools to prioritise. Late responses and missed leads eat into revenue, while hours of administrative work pull teams away from negotiating. By automating qualification and follow-up, Canary aims to reverse that dynamic.

Automating the sales workflow

The Agentic Sales Coordinator works every request as it arrives. It qualifies leads and manages the exchange until a booking is confirmed. Built on Canary AI, a platform developed specifically for hospitality, the tool complements existing modules such as AI Voice, AI Contracts, AI Webchat and AI Guest Messaging.
