Check Point Commits $135 Million to Build Massive New Tel Aviv Cybersecurity Campus
Check Point is expanding its Tel Aviv campus with a 100,000 sqm development featuring 6,000 workstations and mixed-use facilities. Construction starts in 2027, lasting seven years.

Check Point Commits to Major Tel Aviv Campus Expansion
Check Point, a leading Israeli cybersecurity firm, is set to significantly increase its footprint in Tel Aviv with a new campus spanning 100,000 square meters. The development will feature 6,000 workstations, signaling a strong investment in local infrastructure and the city’s tech landscape.
The project comes after the company, in partnership with real estate developer Israel Canada, secured a plot on Kraminzky Street. The Tel Aviv-Yafo City Council approved the joint bid, subject to final regulatory confirmation. Check Point’s investment of roughly 500 million ILS (approximately $135 million) marks its largest real estate purchase in Israel so far.
Project Details and Timeline
Construction is planned to start in 2027 and is expected to last seven years. The campus will include:
- A 40-story office tower
- A preserved historic building
- Open-air green spaces
- Restaurants and cafés for employees
- 302 residential units as part of the broader development
This multi-use approach integrates workspace with lifestyle elements, creating a balanced environment for employees and residents alike.
Strategic Growth Anchored in Israel
Check Point currently employs about 7,000 people globally, with over 3,000 based in Israel. The new campus will double the capacity of its existing headquarters on Hasolelim Street, which covers 30,000 square meters and hosts the company’s Cyber Education Center and employee services.
The company’s founder and chairman highlighted the strategic value of maintaining leadership and operations within Israel’s high-tech ecosystem. The expansion represents a long-term commitment to growth and innovation rooted in its home country.
Future-Focused Infrastructure
Nadav Zafrir, CEO of Check Point, emphasized that the campus expansion supports the company’s growth plans for decades ahead. Alongside the new headquarters, an AI research and development center will be established to serve as a core hub for next-generation cybersecurity technologies.
For real estate and construction professionals, this project demonstrates a sizeable investment in mixed-use development that combines office space with residential and recreational amenities. It also highlights the demand for tech-centered campuses that foster innovation and employee well-being.
Given the scale and timeline, this development will shape Tel Aviv’s urban and commercial landscape significantly over the coming decade.
