Clari + Salesloft, the revenue platform formed when the two firms merged last December, is partnering with allGood, creator of the AI email marketing tool Mary, to bring AI automation to marketing workflows for enterprise teams. The partnership targets the handoff between marketing and sales, where fragmented tools and slow qualification often cost revenue.

"Revenue teams win when marketing and sales are running as one system, and AI is making that possible at enterprise scale," said Steve Cox, CEO of Clari + Salesloft.

Why marketing teams are the gap

Clari + Salesloft sells a Predictive Revenue System designed to anticipate revenue risk and prescribe action. The company argues that traditional marketing automation platforms rely on rules-based workflows that need constant upkeep, which results in slower qualification, missed buying signals and poor handoffs to sales.

Mary is built for enterprise teams to read high-intent emails and convert them into pipeline. AI for Marketing tools now do the work of routing and responding to inbound interest based on actual buyer signals instead of static filters.

"Marketing teams have spent years maintaining brittle, rules-based software," said Ahmed Datoo, CEO and co-founder of allGood. "allGood changes that by using AI to understand buyer intent and take action automatically."

How the system works

Cox said the deal ensures marketers get "the best technology available across every stage of the revenue journey, not just the sales side." The goal is to remove friction between the teams without forcing marketing staff to learn a new sales stack.

The company's white paper, "Meet the Predictive Revenue System," notes that selling is "nonlinear, multidimensional, and non-deterministic" and that CRM provides a foundation but doesn't account for email threads, meeting notes and relationship dynamics layered on top. Clari + Salesloft's tool applies AI to those signals across sales teams while Mary handles incoming email intent.

Gartner projects that AI for Sales integration will show up as a critical competitive factor for 80% of sales leaders by 2030, a projection direct from the company's paper.

Three forces converge

The company describes three forces converging: advanced AI, unified data architectures and disciplined revenue cadences. Marketing automation platforms that don't feed those systems directly become the bottleneck.

Put differently: email volume hasn't worked as a scorecard for a long time. The intent behind each email is only useful if a system can read it quickly, determine value, then route it to a rep with context. Mary handles the reading. The Predictive Revenue System, per the company, handles the routing and the timing.

Why this matters for marketing professionals

If clari + Salesloft's pipeline behaves this way in practice, marketing teams can focus on email copy and campaign structure while the AI system handles response timing and lead qualification. That's a shift from managing rule-based email sequences to monitoring AI decisions - but only if you trust a system to escalate a promising inbound email without a human passing it along first. Marketers who want a say in how those escalation rules get set should be looking at how intent data flows from their email platform into sales now, before that gets defined for them.
