Even Healthcare, a Bengaluru-based healthtech startup, is raising INR 208.24 crore (about USD 22 million) in a Series B round led by Khosla Ventures, according to regulatory filings. The round also includes participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, ADBEEV LLP, and Better Capital.
The funding will support Even Healthcare's expansion of its managed-care network and help build out its integrated healthcare delivery ecosystem. The company plans to put part of the capital toward digital technologies across its operations, including AI for Healthcare tools. It also intends to grow telemedicine capabilities and other technology-enabled services.
Even Healthcare's board has approved issuing 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 10,889.85 per share to complete the round.
Round structure
Khosla Ventures is expected to contribute INR 145 crore. DLB Ventures will put in INR 38.88 crore, and Simon Fiduciaria is set to invest INR 25.67 crore. ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital are each contributing roughly INR 1.5 crore.
The Series B comes a few months after Even Healthcare raised USD 20 million in January 2026 in a round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave. The new funding is expected to value the company at around USD 300 million.
Khosla Ventures has been an investor since Even's USD 5 million seed round in 2021 and has participated in every funding round since. In total, Even has raised approximately USD 72.5 million across five rounds. Other investors include Sharrp Ventures, Lightrock, Rainmatter, and 8VC.
Network and growth
Even Healthcare runs a membership-based platform that covers primary care, diagnostics, and hospital treatment. The continuous-care model assigns dedicated teams to each patient, supporting them through virtual and in-clinic consultations, hospital stays, and post-discharge recovery.
According to Inc42, the company serves about 50,000 to 60,000 members in Bengaluru and reaches between 200,000 and 300,000 patients across India through individual and corporate health plans.
Even opened its first hospital in Bengaluru last year. The startup plans to open another four to five hospitals by the end of this year as it works toward a larger ecosystem that combines physical care infrastructure with digital and AI-supported care.
Why this matters for healthcare professionals
For clinicians and hospital administrators, the round signals a shift toward integrated care models where telemedicine and in-person facilities operate under one system. The planned hospital expansion in Bengaluru also suggests more competition for existing providers in the region, which could affect patient flow and referral patterns.
The target area for AI deployment is worth watching. Even's approach of pairing physical hospitals with digital tools is becoming a standard model in Indian healthcare, and the funding gives them more runway to execute it.
