FORE Enterprise launches AI platform built inside a real estate firm
FORE Enterprise and Pegasus, a $4 billion real estate advisory managing 400 properties across 37 states, are releasing early access to FORE Real, an AI platform designed specifically for commercial property management. The platform emerged from a year-long pilot inside Pegasus, where it handled tasks that typically consume significant time and resources for property managers.
The platform includes four main tools: a property tax appeals agent that files assessments without outside counsel, an insurance compliance checker that flags gaps in tenant coverage, a lease abstraction tool that converts contracts into key data points, and an automated tenant communications system that handles maintenance requests and rent questions via email and text.
What the platform does
Property tax appeals: FORE Real reviews every appeal before filing, allowing property managers to handle assessments in-house rather than paying external firms.
Insurance compliance: The system checks each tenant's insurance against lease requirements, flags shortfalls, and drafts outreach to bring policies into compliance.
Lease abstraction: The tool extracts critical information from lengthy contracts-insurance requirements, rent prices, renewal dates-into a concise report.
Tenant communications: Routine questions receive automated responses that a team member reviews before sending. The system handles requests through email and text rather than external portals that tenants rarely use.
Why it was built this way
David Chasin, CEO of Pegasus, said most property management software is designed by technology teams rather than operators. "Rather than building an AI platform in a vacuum, FORE used a true bottom-up approach, starting with our needs and creating a product that will benefit the industry as a whole," he said.
Tyler Hochman, CEO and founder of FORE Enterprise, said each agent was designed to solve a problem property managers face daily. "FORE Real is grounded in how property management actually works and fits seamlessly into the way firms already operate."
The platform is now available for early access. Property managers interested in testing it can visit fore-real.com.
