GenAI Product Development Sprint Accelerator Now Accepting Applications

The Hunt Center for Entrepreneurship at New Mexico State University’s Arrowhead Center is launching an online GenAI Product Development Sprint accelerator. This program is aimed specifically at tech startups located in New Mexico and the Borderplex region.

The center focuses on strengthening the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting diverse communities, improving access to early-stage investments, and encouraging students to create innovative products and services for the market.

What the Accelerator Offers

This accelerator helps founders accelerate their product development by integrating generative AI tools throughout the process—from strategy and ideation to launch. The program runs every Thursday from August 5 to September 9, with no cost to participants.

Applications are open until Wednesday, July 25, and accepted startups will be notified by Saturday, July 28.

Program Structure and Benefits

  • Six-week program featuring a mix of lectures, group discussions, breakout sessions, and personalized mentoring.
  • Hands-on workshops apply generative AI for product development tasks such as customer requirement analysis, competitive benchmarking, and launch planning.
  • Focus on automating product marketing and scaling content creation while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Participants learn ethical best practices for AI, build AI-driven product roadmaps, and develop feature prioritization frameworks.

“The GenAI Product Development Sprint equips entrepreneurs with essential AI tools and actionable strategies for improving product development outcomes,” said Dana Catron, interim director and CEO of Arrowhead Center.

Carlos Murguia, director of the Hunt Center for Entrepreneurship, added, “We provide a comprehensive approach to product strategy that includes automating key tasks like feature prioritization and launch planning.”
