Las Vegas Brokerage Launches In-House AI Platform to Standardize Agent Performance
huntington & ellis, a Las Vegas real estate brokerage, has launched Smart by h&e, a proprietary artificial intelligence platform designed to reduce transaction friction and standardize workflows across its 180-agent operation. The system was trained on the firm's internal standards, Nevada-specific practices, and compliance protocols.
The platform assists agents with contract simplification, offer drafting, negotiation communication, transaction timeline management, risk assessment before key decisions, and marketing materials including listing descriptions and social media content. Rather than replace agent judgment, the system functions as a real-time reference tool agents consult during transactions.
Why this matters: Real estate agents spend significant time on administrative and written communication tasks. A system that handles these consistently can free capacity for client-facing work and reduce errors in high-stakes negotiations.
How the Platform Works
Smart by h&e was trained on months of real agent questions, actual transaction scenarios, and field challenges before launch. The approach mirrors how a broker would coach an agent, but available on demand.
CEO Craig Tann said the system was built to address a specific operational problem. "As our agents grew their production, we saw too many moving parts in transactions, inconsistent communication quality and time being lost to repetitive administrative work," Tann said. "Our agents are high producers, they shouldn't be stuck rewriting emails or second-guessing contract language."
Early adoption has been rapid. Agents report using the platform as a sounding board before presenting to clients or counterparts, helping them organize thinking and refine strategy.
Performance Metrics and Competitive Position
huntington & ellis closed more than 2,400 transactions and exceeded $1.4 billion in sales volume in 2025. The firm ranks among the most productive Las Vegas brokerages on a per-agent basis.
Tann framed the platform as a competitive tool rather than an automation solution. "Technology will never replace the agent, it enhances the agent," he said. "Our long-term vision is to build systems that strengthen decision-making, improve efficiency and allow our agents to deliver an even higher level of service at scale."
The brokerage expects the system to contribute to faster response times, consistent communication standards, more strategic transaction structuring, and fewer costly mistakes - factors that typically correlate with higher conversion rates and client trust.
Broader Strategy
Smart by h&e represents the foundation of a larger technology roadmap designed to reduce friction across the entire transaction lifecycle, from lead generation through closing.
