India and Korea Forge AI-Quantum Alliance to Transform Healthcare with Advanced Medical Devices
India and South Korea collaborate to industrialize AI-quantum medical devices, blending advanced tech with traditional medicine. Clinical trials show promising results for chronic diseases.

India-Korea AI Quantum Healthcare Alliance Marks a New Era in Medical Technology
The fusion of artificial intelligence and quantum technology is set to transform healthcare delivery as India and South Korea join forces to industrialize AI-quantum medical devices and diagnostics. This collaboration was officially launched at the “2025 India-Korea AI & Quantum Medical Device and Healthcare Industrialization Forum” held at the India International Centre in New Delhi, signaling a significant step in bilateral healthcare innovation.
With over 230 attendees—including Indian hospital representatives, healthcare professionals, and Korean medical technology executives—the forum highlighted strong cross-border interest in advancing medical technologies. As global markets for AI semiconductors and quantum biotechnology grow, India and Korea are positioning themselves as key contributors to this shift.
Advancing AI Quantum Medical Device Industrialization
The AI semiconductor market is projected to grow from $70 billion in 2025 to $126 billion by 2030. Similarly, the quantum technology sector is expected to increase more than sixfold, reaching over 155 trillion KRW by 2030. The quantum medical and biotechnology fields are also on track to exceed a combined global valuation of $140 billion by the end of the decade.
A focal point of the forum was the presentation of the AI MIRACLE PLUS, an AI-powered quantum medical device developed by Global VIGEN Korea. Featuring 25 different quantum frequency modes, the device adjusts treatment based on specific diseases. Clinical trials demonstrated notable outcomes: arthritis patients experienced pain relief after eight sessions with Mode 3; diabetic complications improved with Mode 5; and Mode 18 showed preventive effects against Alzheimer’s and stroke.
- A randomized clinical trial involving 101 myocardial infarction patients reported an 86% reduction in recurrence and a 72% psychological recovery rate in those receiving quantum treatment.
Bridging Traditional Medicine and Modern Technology
Dr. Baek Jong-won and Professor Jeong Seung-phil of Yeungnam University Hospital envision integrating Korea’s AI-quantum systems with India’s traditional herbal medicine. They estimate a new market potential worth 100 trillion KRW if this synergy is realized, creating opportunities for innovative healthcare solutions.
The forum concluded with a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between India’s Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital in Faridabad, Global VIGEN Korea, and the KSCIM AI Quantum Medical Research Institute. This agreement sets the framework for collaborative device development, clinical research, certification processes, commercialization, and the establishment of an International AI Quantum Medical Society.
Precision Diagnostics and Future Developments
Chairperson Dr. Baek Jong-won highlighted the success of quantum-based noninvasive diagnostic systems, which have achieved 99.8% prediction accuracy and 94.9% clinical accuracy. Further research is underway to develop five new AI quantum frequency modes targeting chronic diseases such as rhinitis and urinary disorders.
Naveen Dubey, the forum coordinator, pointed out India’s growing role in adapting these technologies to meet its diverse healthcare needs. “This partnership is more than technological—it’s deeply human and inclusive,” he said, emphasizing the broader impact beyond technology alone.
Next Steps and Ongoing Collaboration
Park Sung-gon, CEO of VIGEN India, announced that the AI Quantum Industrialization Forums will continue, with the next sessions planned for India in August 2025 and Korea in November 2025. This ongoing dialogue will strengthen bilateral commitment to innovation and accessible healthcare.
By combining Korea’s technology-driven innovations with India’s extensive healthcare infrastructure and traditional medicine heritage, this alliance seeks to set new standards for precision-driven and accessible healthcare worldwide.
