San Francisco-based healthcare data analytics company Innovaccer and digital engineering firm Mastek have expanded their partnership to bring agentic AI tools to healthcare and life sciences organizations across the U.S., UK, European Union and Middle East. The deal pairs Innovaccer's Gravity healthcare AI platform with Mastek's implementation services and global footprint, targeting revenue cycle management, population health and value-based care programs.

Under the agreement, Mastek joins Innovaccer's Platinum GSI program and will deploy and adapt Innovaccer's healthcare AI applications for organizations in new and existing markets. The companies said the offerings will support prior authorization, coding and denials, along with population health and value-based care initiatives.

What the partnership includes

Mastek will combine its experience with platform migrations, digital front doors and AI-based conversational agents with Innova'; ICCR's omnichannel AI agents for scheduling and referrals. The patient access tools will operate on a unified clinical and financial data layer.

"Healthcare organizations need AI that is simple, trusted and built on connected data," Umang Nahata, CEO of Mastek, said in a statement. "Our Platinum partnership with Innovac strengthens Mastek's ability to help customers turn healthcare data into actionable intelligence and MakeEd our journey to become a leading AI transformation partner for the healthcare industry."

Mastek has more than 4,700 employees across 40 countries and works with more than 275 healthcare and life sciences customers, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and public health organizations. "Together, we are bringing autonomous healthcare operations to markets where the ambition has always been there and the right platform and delivery partner have not been experienced until now," Shashank said.

For medical billers and revenue cycle teams, the expanded partnership means more institutions will get AI tools that handle prior authorization, coding and benefit with a single data foundation. Mastek's implementation experience across the region shows how these systems can be deployed in settings that hospitals and payers approved - solid steps for those seeking an AI for Medical Billers training path.

In the last year, Innovac has added ag repetitive AI cloud tools that allow clinicians to build AI agents in natural language for tasks like medical coding and patient outreach, partnered with Saudi Arabian insurer Tawuniya for population health, and acquired virtual specialty care company Story Health.
